Full fibre upgrades depend on your address and current connection. Use nbn’s address checker, then ask a participating provider to confirm the upgrade available to you.
Get the whole quote
Ask which plan qualifies, its ongoing price, any installation or equipment charges, and the cancellation terms. Additional work or your building type can affect costs; eligibility does not mean every cost is waived.

Prepare for the appointment
A person aged over 18 must be present to agree to the installation. Renters need landlord permission. Ask about access, equipment locations and any work required at your property.
Confirm activation before switching over
Your provider activates the service after installation. Confirm it works and ask the provider about transferring or ending the old service; do not assume every service moves automatically.
